Trifloxystrobin (30.0-58.6 μg/L，斑马鱼胚胎暴露于 trifloxystrobin 受精后 96 h) 对斑马鱼胚胎具有高度毒性。Trifloxystrobin (在 50 g 土壤中加入 1mL trifloxystrobin-acetonitrile 溶液制备土壤。在混合 acetonitrile 挥发后，将添加的土壤与额外的土壤混合，制备出 500 g 含有 0.1, 1.0 和 2.5 mg/kg trifloxystrobin 的等份样品，使用 7-56 天) 在两种土壤中诱导氧化应激和 DNA 损伤。Animal Model:Zebrafish embryos
