Nisin is a bacteriocin produced by a group of Gram-positive bacteria that belongs to Lactococcus and Streptococcus species. Nisin has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity.
体内研究：
Nisin (25 mg/kg, 腹腔注射, 连续 7 天) 通过调节促炎性和抗炎性细胞因子的浓度来减少大鼠的子宫炎症。Animal Model:Rat uterine endometritis model
Dosage:25 mg/kg
Administration:i.p. for 7 days
Result:Decreased the endometritis-induced increase in uterine weight, restored endometrial architecture.Improved levels of B7-2, IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-8.
体外研究：
Nisin (100-800 μg/mL, 36 h) 可抑制 HNSCC 细胞的气球形成。Nisin (500-7000 IU/mL, 24 h) 可诱导自由生活阿米巴棘阿米巴细胞周期阻滞。
