体内研究：
Ropeginterferon alfa-2b (5 μg/mouse; s.c.; single dose) 降低白血病负担，延长白血病小鼠存活时间。Animal Model:C57BL/6 mice (8-12 weeks) with BA-1 cells
Dosage:5 μg/mouse
Administration:Subcutaneous injection, on day 5 after tumor inoculation
Result:Led to long-term remission in four of eight (50%) mice.
