体外研究：
Sarpogrelate (MCI-9042) induces a significant decrease in plasma serotonin (5-HT) concentration and after 2 weeks increases significantly the concentration of whole blood 5-HT.Sarpogrelate increases significantly plasma tryptophan concentration after 2 and 4 weeks, and no changes in plasma 5-HIAA concentration.Sarpogrelatealso has a tendency to increase the concentration of whole blood tryptophan concentration, did not show significant changes in platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen.Sarpogrelate increases significantly platelet aggregation induced by serotonin after 2 weeks.
