Netarsudil hydrochloride (0.04%, 50 ΜL)reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) in normotensive monkey eyes.Netarsudil hydrochloride (0.04%) produces statistically significant lowering of episcleral venous pressure (EVP) in Dutch Belted rabbits.Animal Model:Adult female cynomolgus monkeys (3-5 kg)
Dosage:0.04%, 50 μL
Administration:Topically applied to eye
Result:Reduces IOP in normotensive monkey eyes.
