Euphorbia factor L1 (Euphorbiasteroid) can reduce Bcl-2, PI3K, AKT, and mTOR protein and mRNA levels, and up-regulate caspase-9 and caspase-3 protein levels. It induces autophagy and has anti-cancer, anti-adipogenic, anti-osteoclastogenic, and multidrug-resistant regulatory effects.

体内活性：
3T3‐L1 cells were treated with euphorbiasteroid at concentrations of 6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50?μM for 2days in adipogenesis induction medium, 2days in adipogenesis medium and 2days in culture medium (CM) sequentially during differentiation. Intracellular triglycerides (TGs) were stained with Oil red O (ORO) solution.

体外活性：
