FG-3019 (30 mg/kg; i.p. every 3 d for 9 d) 与 Gemcitabine 联合使用可显着降低小鼠胰腺导管腺癌 (PDA) 的生长，并诱导 LSL-KrasG12D/+;LSL-Trp53R172H/+;Pdx-1-Cre (KPC) 小鼠中的肿瘤细胞凋亡。
