Cyclocreatine phosphate (CCr'P) (i.p.; 37.5 mg/mL; 0.2 mL, twice daily) has anti-tumor activity without any notable signs of toxicity in a mouse xenograft model for human prostate cancer.Animal Model:Athymic (CDl-Nu/Nu) male mice
Dosage:37.5 mg/mL
Administration:Intraperitoneally , 0.2 mL, twice daily
Result:Showed anti-tumor effect.
