STING agonist-30 (compound 23; 20 μM; 5 h) 增加野生型 HT1080 细胞中的 TBK1 磷酸化，但不增加 HT1080 STING-KO 细胞中的 TBK1 磷酸化。STING agonist-30 (20 μM; 8 h) 增强干扰素 β (IFNβ) 和 TNF-α 的表达。STING agonist-30 (0-20 μM; 5 h) 以剂量依赖性方式激活小鼠和人类 STING。
