Telomerase-IN-4 (5 mg/kg; i.p.; 每周三次，共两周; 瑞士白化雌性小鼠) 具有抗癌活性，抑制肿瘤生长。Animal Model:Swiss albino female mice (25-30 g)
Dosage:5 mg/kg
Administration:Intraperitoneal injectionthree; times per week for two weeks
Result:Reduced both the weight and volume of the tumor by 74.34 and 62.12%, respectively.
体外研究：
Telomerase-IN-4 (compound 8e; 0.1-100 μg/mL; 72 h) 对两种癌细胞系都有抗肿瘤作用，对 MCF-7 和 A549 细胞的 IC50 值分别为 9.47 和 17.09 μg/mL。Telomerase-IN-4 (9.467 μg/mL; 48 h) 将细胞周期阻滞在 S 期，诱导 MCF-7 细胞凋亡。
