c-Myc inhibitor 7 (0-10 mM；3 天) 抑制 HL60 细胞增殖，IC50 值为 0.5 nM。c-Myc inhibitor 7 促进 60-90% HL60 细胞中蛋白的降解。c-Myc inhibitor 7 (1，3，10 和 100 nM；24 小时) 在多种细胞系中降解 c-Myc，CKla，GSPTl，IKZFl，IKZF2 和 IKZF3 蛋白。
