TMV-IN-1 (compound N2) 对 TMV 具有良好的处理活性和保护活性，EC50 值分别为 70.7 μg/mL 和 60.8 μg/mL.TMV-IN-1 可结合 TMV 外壳蛋白 (TMV-CP)，Kd 值为 0.0427 μM。TMV-IN-1 (5-7days) 降低丙二醛的增加速率，增加防御酶的含量。
