Result:Reduced the phospho SMAD2 levels (p-SMAD2) in a dose dependent fashion.

ALK-IN-33 (Compound EX-10) shows a high efficiency by inducing a full inhibition (max PIN greater than 75) of TGF-β1 mediated alpha-SMA expression, in at least two donors.
