Tubulin inhibitor 14 also inhibits tubulin polymerization and the formation of endothelial cell capillary-like tubes. Tubulin inhibitor 14 is a microtubule-destabilizing agent with potential tumor-selectivity and antiangiogenic and vascular disrupting features.
