体内研究：
PRS-060（气管内滴注；2、10、50 μg）抑制人源化小鼠肺中 IL-13 诱导的 eotaxin-1 表达和卵清蛋白诱导的急性过敏性炎症。Animal Model:Triple-humanized mouse model
Dosage:2, 10, 50 μg/mouse
Administration:Intratracheal instillation (i.t)
Result:Strongly suppressed acute allergic inflammation indices in triple humanized mice.
体外研究：
Elarekibep (PRS-060) (0-10 μM) 抑制 IL-4 或 IL-13 诱导的 STAT-6 磷酸化，IC50 值分别为 0.12 nM 和 0.10 nM。PRS-060 (0-10 μM) 抑制 hIL-4 或 hIL-13 诱导的 TF-1 细胞增殖，IC50 值分别为 0.87 nM 和 0.92 nM。PRS-060 (0-10 μM) 抑制 hIL-13 诱导的人上皮细胞粘液转分化，IC50 值为 0.3 nM。
