Nampt-IN-8 (Compound 10d) (0-20 mg/kg) substantially inhibits the growth of A549/taxol xenograft tumors in vivo with no significant toxicity.

Nampt-IN-8 (Compound 10d) shows antiproliferative activity with an IC50 of 1.15 μM.
