VEGFR-2-IN-23 (5, 10 mg/kg; i.p.) shows inhibits the tumor growth in MCF-7 xenograft tumor models.

VEGFR-2-IN-23 (compound 11b) shows antitumor activity with IC50s of 23, 0.8, 1.3, 46 nM for PC3, DU145, MCF-7, MDA-MB435 cells, respectively.
