Oleoyl-D-lysine effectively reverses neuropathic pain in a mouse model of chronic neuropathic (chronic constriction injury) pain, reaching a peak analgesic dose of 30 mg/kg without causing respiratory depression; resultig mild side effects at 100 mg/kg without causing convulsions.
