生物活性：
Bevifimod (PRTX-100) is a highly purified form of Staphylococcal protein A (SpA). Bevifimod can be used for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) research.
体内研究：
Bevifimod (PRTX-100; 2.5-250 μg/kg; i.v.; once every two weeks; for 4 weeks) increases platelet counts to within normal levels within 1-2 weeks and none of the mice died.Animal Model:SCID mice bearing immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)
Dosage:2.5 μg/kg, 25 μg/kg, 250 μg/kg
Administration:i.v.; once every two weeks; for 4 weeks
Result:Raised platelet counts in a well-established murine model of ITP.
