Antibacterial agent 154 (compound 7) 抑制革兰氏阳性菌 M. luteus，B. subtilis，S. aureus，S. epidermidis 的 MIC 分别为 4 μg/mL，2 μg/mL，2 μg/mL，2 μg/mL；抑制革兰氏阴性菌 P. aerugenosa，E. coli，S. typhimurium 的 MIC 分别为 2 μg/mL 和 2 μg/mL。
