Narsoplimab (OMS 721) is a high-affinity fully human immunoglobulin gamma 4 (IgG4) monoclonal antibody that binds MASP-2 and blocks lectin pathway activation. Narsoplimab can be used in research of hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation and SARS-CoV-2.
体内研究：
Narsoplimab (10 mg/kg; i.v.; WT and Masp2-/- (KO) mice) 降低了小鼠淋巴细胞百分比 (Lym%)，增加了中性粒细胞百分比 (Neu%)。Animal Model:WT and Masp2-/- (KO) mice (C57BL/6N, female, 12-15 weeks old)
Dosage:10 mg/kg
Administration:Intravenous injection
Result:Decreased percentage of lymphocytes (Lym%) and an increased percentage of neutrophils (Neu%).
