Z-LE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK is a selective caspase-8 inhibitor. Z-LE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK can inhibit cell apoptosis.
体外研究：
The apoptotic pathway activated after exposure of HL-60 cells to Cordycepin is caspase-8 dependent, because Z-LE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK partly inhibits endonucleosomal cleavage of DNA induced by cordycepin alone.
