BAY-364 (BAY-299N) is an inhibitor of the second bromine domain in TAF1. BAY-364 inhibits the TAF1 of Kasumi-1 cells, CD34+ cells and K562 cells with IC50 values of 1.0 μM, 10.4 μM and 10.0 μM respectively.
体外研究：
BAY-364 (0.1-100 μM；3 d) 抑制 Kasumi-1 细胞、CD34+ 细胞和 K562 细胞的生长。BAY-364 (72 h) 降低了 Kasumi-1 细胞中 ID1、MYC 和 TAF1 的表达，而不显著影响 AE 的表达。BAY-364 (10 μM；2 d) 减少了 AE9a+ 细胞中的集落形成。BAY-364 (2 μM；48 h 和 72 h) 对 K562 细胞的细胞周期无显著影响。
