Ulevostinag (MK-1454) (5 μg, 20 μg, 瘤内注射) 可以激活 MC38 注射肿瘤的肿瘤特异性免疫反应，并抑制未治疗的远端肿瘤生长。Ulevostinag (MK-1454) (4 μg, 在第 0, 3 和 7天进行瘤内注射) 使 MC38 和 B16F10 肿瘤小鼠模型的肿瘤完全消退，并增强抗 PD1 治疗的效果。Animal Model:MC38 colon adenocarcinoma tumor-bearing mice
