Dosage:4 mg/kg
Administration:IP, twice weekly for 4 doses
Result:Signifcantly improves survival compared to vehicle.

Belantamab mafodotin binds to human BCMA protein with a Kd of 1 nM.Belantamab mafodotin induces G2/M arrest in multiple myeloma cells in a dose and time dependent manner.Belantamab mafodotin signifcantly promotes phagocytosis of multiple myeloma cells by human macrophages derived from macrophage colony-stimulating factor-stimulated monocytes.
