Apoptosis inducer 12 (Compound 3z; 72 h) 对 9 种人类肿瘤细胞 (白血病、非小细胞肺癌、结肠癌、中枢神经系统、黑色素瘤、卵巢癌、肾癌、前列腺癌和乳腺癌) 具有抗增殖活性，GI50 为 0.24-96.6 μM。白血病和前列腺细胞系对 Apoptosis inducer 12 的反应特别明显，GI50 值分别为 0.30-0.65 μM 和 0.43-0.84 μM 。Apoptosis inducer 12 (0.5-10 μM; 24 h) 阻断 A549、CCRF-CEM 和 VL51 细胞的中期细胞周期。Apoptosis inducer 12 (0.5-5 μM; 48 h) 诱导 A549、CCRF-CEM 和 VL51 细胞凋亡。
