Administration:
Result:Chronic hypoxia had effect on the sensitivity of the main pulmonary arteries to SCS6c, and small vasoconstrictor responses to were evident.Caused vasoconstriction with a maximum response 30% of that to ET-1 in both endothelium-intact and endothelium-denuded vessels.
