CB2R agonist 1 has high affinity and excellent selectivity for human CB2R and CB1R respectively. CB2R agonist 1 regulates the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines and play an immunomodulatory role.

CB2R agonist 1 (Compound 4) (1 μM 和 10 μM；24 h) 以浓度依赖性方式增加单核细胞和巨噬细胞中 IL-4、IL-10 抗炎细胞因子的产生，减少 TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6 促炎性细胞因子的产生。
