体外研究：
[Arg-15,-20,-21,Leu17]-PACAP-Gly-Lys-Arg-NH2 (BM-PACAP) (0.1 μM; 0-5 h) causes longer acting smooth-muscle relaxation than does the original PACAP 1-27 in human bronchi in vitro.[Arg-15,-20,-21,Leu17]-PACAP-Gly-Lys-Arg-NH2 (0.3-3 μM; 0-6 h) causes concentration-dependent relaxation with a very similar maximum relaxant effect and potency in the guinea-pig trachea.
