Odatroltide (1 nM) effectively down-regulates P-selectin expression. DHDMIQK(KAP) effectively inhibits platelet aggregation via down-regulating the expression of P-selectin. Odatroltide effectively inhibits platelet aggregations induced by TH, AA, ADP and PAF, which are correlated with the downregulation of P-selectin expression and with the scavenging of the free radicals.
