体外研究：
Brazikumab 抑制重组和天然 IL-23 与 COS 细胞中受体的结合，IC50 值分别为 188 和 284 pM。Brazikumab 抑制 NK 细胞中天然或重组 IL-23 (与 IL-18 结合) 刺激的 IFN-γ 的产生，IC50 值分别为 238 和 93 pM[ 1]。
