Gancotamab (MM-302) is a HER2-targeted antibody-liposomal Doxorubicin conjugate with antitumor activity. Gancotamab encapsulates Doxorubicin to facilitate its delivery to HER2-overexpressing tumor cells.
体内研究：
Gancotamab（MM-302；3 mg/kg；静脉注射；每 7 天一次；共 3 剂）表现出肿瘤生长抑制作用并增加 DNA 损伤标记物 p-p53 的表达。Animal Model:Seven-week-old female NCR/nu mice injected with NCI-N87 cells
Dosage:3 mg/kg
Administration:i.v.; every 7 days; for 3 doses
Result:Showed significantly antitumor activity.
体外研究：
