Suspend sample in 0.5 M sodium bicarbonate, pH 9.0, and incubates with BDP 558/568 NHS ester for 30 min at a room temperature with frequent sonication.2. Incubate BODIPY-sample complex with 1 mg/mL FBS for 10 min at 37℃.3. Investigate fluorescence of BODIPY-sample complex (Ex=558 nm, Em=568 nm).
