生物活性：
Eflapegrastim is a human IgG4 monoclonal antibody, is also a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). Eflapegrastim targets to G-CSF receptor (c-Fms). Eflapegrastim stimulates proliferation and differentiation of neutrophil progenitor cells and maintains stable numbers of mature and functional neutrophils. Eflapegrastim also shortens the duration of neutropenia.
体内研究：
Eflapegrastim (100 μg/kg; s.c.; single dose) decreases the duration of neutropenia (DN) and increases levels of G-CSF in serum and marrow in chemotherapy-induced neutropenic rats.Animal Model:C57BL/6NCrl mice (4-6 weeks old)
Dosage:(1) 9, 26, 53, and 88 μg/kg; (2) 62 μg/kg
Administration:Subcutaneous injection; single dose
Result:Reduced chemotherapy-induced neutropenia.

Eflapegrastim (0.000036-0.709 nmol/L; 54 h) induces bone marrow cell proliferation.Eflapegrastim (10 μM; 1 h) binds FcRn and undergoes FcRn-mediated transcytosis.
