Ganoderic acid Mk (0-100 μM, 24 h) 对人类癌细胞表现出比人类正常细胞系更强的细胞毒性。Ganoderic acid Mk (0-40 μM, 12-48 h) 对HeLa细胞增殖具有剂量依赖性抑制作用。Ganoderic acid Mk (0-40 μM, 24 h) 诱导HeLa细胞凋亡。Ganoderic acid Mk (0-40 μM, 24 h) 诱导 ROS 爆发，MMP 减少和 caspase-3, -9 活性增加。
