HER2-IN-10 (50 μM) has phototoxicity against SK-BR-3 cells with the IC50 of 3.05 μM.HER2-IN-10 (1-50 μM; 48 h) changes the morphology of the SK-BR-3 cells under UVA irradiation and increases the apoptotic index.
