Sovilnesib (AMG 650; 10-100 mg/kg; p.o.; 每天，持续 45 天; 雌性无胸腺裸鼠 OVCAR-3 异种移植模型) 抑制肿瘤生长，50% 的动物出现持久的肿瘤消退和治愈，Sovilnesib 没有明显毒性。Animal Model:Female nude mice without thymus with OVCAR-3 xenografts
Dosage:10, 30, and 100 mg/kg
Administration:Oral administration; daily, for 45 days
Result:Had antitumor efficacy in a dose-dependent manner.
