Pramlintide acetate is a polypeptide analogue of human amylin. Pramlintide acetate, an antidiabetic agent, is antineoplastic in colorectal cancer.
体外研究：
Pramlintide 以剂量依赖方式抑制 HCT-116 和 HT-29 的生长，对后者的疗效更高 (IC50 分别为 48.67 和 9.10 μg/mL)。 在 HCT-116 和 HT-29 中加入 5、10 和 20 μg/mL Pramlintide 与 5-氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂或伊立替康协同诱导抗增殖作用。
