Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 (0-50 μM; 24 h) can inhibit Shn3 with EF1alpha promoter in SV40 large T antigen-transformed osteoblast cell line (Clone20-Shn3FFL) with an AC50 value of 2.09 μM.Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 (0.195-26 μM; 48 h) exhibits moderate activity in HepG2 mammalian cells with an AC50 value of 54.73 μM.
