Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate (SLCG) is a cholic acid derivative and a metabolite of glycolithocholic acid. Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate inhibits replication of HIV-1 in vitro. Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate can be used for the research of HIV infection and gallbladder disease.
体内研究：
Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate (24 μmoL/100 g；静脉注射，1 次) 诱导胆瘘的雄性 Wistar 大鼠肝内胆汁淤积，增加胆汁胆固醇分泌。Animal Model:Male Wistar rats with bile fistula
Dosage:24 μmoL/100 g
Administration:Intravenous injection; 24 μmoL/100 g
Result:Induced intrahepatic cholestasis and increased biliary cholesterol secretion.
体外研究：
Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate (100 μg/mL) 可保护 MT-4 细胞免受 HIV-1 诱导的细胞病变。Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate (200 μg/mL) 对宿主细胞无毒性。Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate 抑制 HIV-1 感染的 CEM 细胞中 HIV-1 抗原的表达。
