Flt-3 Inhibitor III (compound 4) also inhibits c-Kit, KDR, c-Abl, CDK1, c-Src and Tie-2 with IC50 values of 0.26 μM, 0.91 μM, 1.2 μM, 2.1 μM, 2.8 μM, and 8.0 μM, respectively.Flt-3 Inhibitor III (compound 4) blocks the proliferation of BaF3-ITD, BaF3-D835/Y, and MV4:11 cells, with IC50 values of 0.24 μM, 0.76 μM, and 0.052 μM, respectively.
