AD 01, a 24 amino acid peptide of FKBPL (FK506-binding protein like), possesses potent anti-angiogenic activity. AD 01 bind to the CD44 receptor and inhibit tumour cell migration in a CD44 dependant manner.
体内研究：
AD 01 (≥0.003 mg/kg/day, ip) exhibits significant anti-tumor activity in DU145 tumors.Animal Model:Balb-c severe compromised immuno-deficient (SCID) mice.
Dosage:0.3 mg/kg/day.
Administration:I,P., for 14 days.
Result:Significantly lowered the tumor size.
