NSC16168 is a specific inhibitor of ERCC1-XPF, with an IC50 value of 0.42 μM. NSC16168 inhibits DNA repair and potentiates CDDP efficacy in cancer.
体内研究：
NSC16168 (20 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每天两次) 在 H460 肺癌异种移植物中表现出显著的抗肿瘤活性并增强顺铂的抗肿瘤活性。Animal Model:2.5×106 H460 cells were injected s.c. in the right flank of each mouse.
Dosage:20 mg/kg.
Administration:IP, twice daily for 10 days.
Result:The tumor growth was minimally affected by compound and the mice displayed no signs of distress or toxic side effects.The combination treatment with 16168 and cisplatin inhibited H460 tumor growth, which was maintained for the duration of the compound injections.
