Eicosapentaenoyl ethanolamide is cannabinoid CB1/CB2 receptor agonist. Eicosapentaenoyl ethanolamide acts as a metabolic signal. Eicosapentaenoyl ethanolamide inhibits dietary restriction (DR)-induced lifespan extension in wild type animals and suppresses lifespan extension in a TOR pathway mutant.
