Etozolin (W-2900A) is a diuretic agent. Etozolin inhibits fluid and electrolyte reabsorption in the loop of Henle. Etozolin can be used in research of congestive heart failure, hypertension and edema.
体内研究：
Etozolin (W-2900A; 50 mg/kg; i.v.; once; sprague dawley rats) increases urinary fluid and sodium excretion and decreases glomerular filtration rate.Animal Model:Sprague dawley rats
Dosage:50 mg/kg
Administration:Intravenous injection; once
Result:Decreased fractional tubular sodium reabsorption by 8.7% and increased urinary fluid and sodium excretion.
