Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).Cell viability assay:1. Add Cy 5 hydrazide to each sample at 25℃ for 1 h to label sample.2. Remove salts and unbound fluorescent dye by the trichloroacetic acid (TCA esodium deoxycholate (DOC) or acetone method.3. Measure fluorescence intensity (Ex=640 nm, Em=660 nm).
