体外研究：
Lagociclovir (FLG) (6 days) 在瞬时转染的 Huh7 细胞中表现出对 3TC-R HBV、wt HBV、PMEA-R HBV 和 3TC+PMEA-R HBV 的抑制活性，IC50 分别为 8 ± 3.8、9 ± 2.5、13 ± 3.4 和 15 ± 6.8 μM。Lagociclovir (0-100 μM; 6 days) 在瞬时转染的 Huh7 细胞中抑制 HBV 野生型和耐药突变体的复制。
