Chorionic gonadotrophin (0.5 mL/d；肌肉注射；6 d) 导致母鸡卵泡发生退化，卵巢受损。Chorionic gonadotrophin (0.25 mL/d；肌肉注射；9 d) 在小雏鸡中显著促进了卵巢的增重。Chorionic gonadotrophin (0.5 mL/d；肌肉注射；9 d) 导致小雏鸡的卵泡出现退化的迹象。Chorionic gonadotrophin (0.2 mL/d；1、2、3、4、5、6 和 7 weeks) 对接受垂体切除术的大鼠的体重、尾部长度和眼睛屈光度无显著影响。Animal Model:White Leghorn, Barred Plymouth Rock, and Barred Plymouth Rock X New Hampshire crossbred hens and pullets.
