Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) (1-28), rat is a major circulating form of ANP in rats, potently inhibits Angiotensin II (Ang II)-stimulated endothelin-1 secretion in a concentration-dependent manner.
体外研究：
大鼠 ANP (1-28) 和大鼠 BNP-45 分别是大鼠 ANP 和 BNP 的主要循环形式，它们以浓度依赖性方式有效抑制 Ang II 刺激的内皮素-1 分泌。在抑制免疫反应性 (ir)-endothelin-1 分泌和增加细胞循环 GMP 方面，大鼠 ANP (5-25) 不如大鼠 ANP (1-28) 有效。Rat ANP (1-28) 在 0.01 和 1 μM 之间以浓度依赖性方式抑制 ir-endothelin-1 的分泌。
