Lumirubin (25 μmol/L, 4 h) 可以持续增加 CNS 细胞中促炎基因、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 和环加氧酶-2 (COX-2) 的表达，导致器官型大鼠海马切片中 TNF-α 产量急剧增加。
